substances in the work place.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">This policy is recommended for career, combination, and volunteer fire departments.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">This policy further encourages prohibiting response by off duty personnel who may be impaired to any degree by any substance that could degrade his or her ability to function in a professional manner.<\/p><h5><a policy of the Mississippi Fire Chief\u2019s Association to encourage the use of automatic fire sprinklers in all residential structures, especially those of a multifamily nature, hotels, motels, Mississippi Fire Chief\u2019s Association to encourage the health and wellness of all its members as well all members of the Mississippi Fire Service.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">We encourage all departments to use regular medical examinations on all members regardless of division or department assignment.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">We encourage all departments to promote physical
